The Role

As the Director of Research Solutions, you will be a catalyst for innovation, driving the transformation of our mrxCore research platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor to new clients, leveraging your expertise to guide them in identifying and conducting the most valuable research for their needs. In partnership with the sales team, you will empower our clients with the insights and resources necessary to make data-driven decisions.

Your thought leadership will extend beyond client interactions, as you will have the chance to represent Emporia at industry conferences, sharing our pioneering methodology and approach to integrating research processes with AI technology. Your strategic vision will also shape our product roadmap, ensuring that Emporia remains at the bleeding edge of AI in the insights industry.

• Collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams to streamline and productize the research process
• Serve as a trusted advisor to new clients, providing consultative guidance on optimal research strategies
• Partner with the sales team to empower clients with the knowledge and resources needed to make informed decisions
• Represent Emporia at industry conferences, sharing our innovative methodology and approach to AI-driven research
• Shape product strategy to maintain Emporia's position as a market leader in the research industry
