The Role
The Client Solutions (Sales) – Enterprise Accounts role is a highly client-facing position focused on managing and expanding relationships with in-house research, marketing, product, and strategy teams at B2B brands.
This role blends account ownership, consultative selling, and strategic growth. You will partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives, translate those needs into research solutions, and expand Emporia’s footprint across teams and use cases.
While this role may include growing existing accounts, the primary focus is identifying and closing new brand logos, increasing platform adoption, and becoming a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver exceptional client outcomes and continuously improve the brand-side customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys owning outcomes end-to-end, and is excited to help build and scale Emporia’s brand-focused GTM motion.
